Please suggest a good three shift timing for a small team 12 employees.

Out of the 12, 6 will be working 24x7, who r support staffs (we need to to give one off day in a week for these 6 employees)
and the remaining 6 will work for 24x6, and Sunday will be Off for them.

    Please give ur suggestions.

A very traditional split of 24x7 time (here in the US, anyway) is:

    7am - 3pm (First shift)
    3pm - 11pm (Second shift)
    11pm - 7am (Third shift)

i agree with jrbiz, why would you complicate? Or it's better to ask your employees what fit's them more,to start at 7 or 8 am (i wouldn't start any later)

Second shift is overlapping with third shift because it is 9 hours.

In my view, it's better to ask your employees what fit's them.

wrong way to run a business....
It is actually what is best for the business...
not what is best for any employee....
If an employee can not work a time table
that is setup, then no need to apply....
