Alright so after reading some of the recent posts here in DP about content network i have decided to give it a try. I have been promoting via adwords(always had content off) and YSM with content but never really got anything out of YSM content other than millions of impressions.

Can anyone explain how to start a content network campaign? How to bid on it (lower to high or start with high and then go lower) how to get infinite :D number of clicks.

I started a campaign yesterday and i have got nothing but 130 impressions from it and 0 clicks:eek:

Any guide out there to content network only??

there is a very limited amount of information on content, and of the information out there most of it is incorrect.

Here is what to do to get stated with content successfully

    1. Seperate content into its own campaign. Do not mix it with search

    2. Adgroups should contain minimal 5 - 20 keywords, and at max 50. Google does not consider anything after 50.

    3. You should be running 3 creative at once, since impression volume is really high you can test many creatives very quickly for results

    4. keywords should paint a picture in words to describe the visitor you want

    5. Creatives should be powerfull and draw attention. Do not use sales gimicks or promotional ads. Be bold and make statements
