Hi, I have permission to use the .swf's and images I just dont want to bother them with requesting 43 different .swf's out of a database of 100's. so I wanted to know is it possible to ripp a .swf if you know the direct URL to the file?

I tried to save the webpage with the .swf wanted but it would not save the .swf but instead just ignored it :(

Im sure there is a easy way./

Create a web page with a link to the file, then right click the link and choose 'save target as'.

Alternatively, go hunting in your temp folder as it's probably cached in there.

If you get the URL, in firefox I've always gone to the website .. www.whatever.com/flash.swf and click File > save page as.. That's always worked for me.

na with flash get it has a little box that appears over the .swf file which you just click to download without having to go through the source and finding the code.

Its pretty good <- but id gather it would be anoying if you didnt want to download anything :p

try it out if you wona.
