How to rewrite URLs to embed your CJ affiliate ID???

Is there a way to change the merchant URLs to automatically embed your affiliate ID instead of going to CJ and creating links there???
I want a quick way to get a link from a merchant site and automatically embed my CJ affiliate ID.
Has anyone here done this? Is there a script for this?
