I have found that many people don't understand or know exactly what it is to rewrite something. They just copy and paste the same article, and change two or three of the words around. That is not how you do it and if caught, you could easily get into trouble and blamed for plagiarism or either copyright infrigement. I'm going to break it down on how you should rewrite articles so that you can avoid possibly getting fired from a job. The Do nots of rewrites - Do NOT change just two or three words in the article. - Do NOT count on any software to make it unique and understandable. Always proof read, rewrite as needed and change things around to make it unique. - Do NOT copy other sentences from other articles so it looks unique but is not. This is called plagiarism. - Do NOT rewrite something until you've actually read the entire article at least twice. - Do NOT add in words to fill up the word count and leave everything else the same. The Dos of rewrites - Look at the article for inspiration. Let be something that you use as a tool for your article but rewrite everything in your OWN words. People should not be able to tell that you rewrote the article. - Always proofread your work before sending it in and make sure that yours is unique all of the way. - Try and make the rewrite better then what it was before. Don't use words like "ain't" and lowercase i's. Step above the rewrite to ensure that you'll be able to keep the job. To the ones that want people to rewrite: If you don't want crappy rewrites, don't pay crap. Know the difference between getting a proof reader for rewrites and asking for someone to simply just rewrite something. This is what a proof reader does: - IE: i ain't going home tonight - After a proof reader: I am not going home tonight. This is what a re-writer does: - IE: I am not going home tonight. - After a person rewrites it: This evening I have a few plans and won't be home. When you give a person a crappy article to rewrite, don't expect very much in return. People also tend to get sloppy with their work if you just give them pennies for rewriting and they start to feel undervalued so they don't do a good job. Like if you give someone $1.50 for a 400 word article that needs to be redone. If the article is crappy, get a proof reader first so your re-writer can provide high quality rewrites. Don't give your re-writer a hard time if you give them articles with all kinds of mistakes in it and they don't do the type of job you want them to do. When you have to get a proof reader to proof read the articles, maybe it's time to throw those in the trash and pay someone to write fresh ones for you. Remember, in most cases you get what you pay for. Be sure that you give clear directions on how you want them to rewrite something, which includes the title. For the ones that rewrite: Stop putting yourself down with cheap rates for rewrites. I was doing this for awhile and it drained me so I have learned to ask for the same price with rewrites now. Sometimes it takes longer to rewrite something then just actually searching it for yourself so don't downgrade your rates. I hope that this guide has helped some. Kari
Rewriting depends on the writer. If he's doing it for $1, then he's using some kind of tool; otherwise, it's just like writing a new article from scratch. It's like research, read articles, get the interesting points and write a new one in your style.
Exactly, which is why you should still have the same rates for rewriting, unless if he's using a tool of course and it's noticeable.
Hi, Writing and re-writing articles are not an easy task for every student. You need sharp writing skills if you have to master in this task. While writing make sure the content is not plagiarized. This is all you need. Best of luck dissertationproviders.co.uk
No disrespect intended, but I avoid rewrites like a plague. I feel that my integrity as a writer is cheapened when I have to base my work on someone else' thoughts.
It is a good guide you made. Here is another tip for re-writing which you may find useful: 1) read the article/text/material that needs to be re-written 2) Close/remove the browser/text/material - and go make a cup of coffee 3) Re-write whatever you can remember - with your own words - in informal style like if you were writing a letter to a good friend. This works good because it is simple instructions for a re-writer.
I usually rewrite the sentence. It makes the the words flow more fluently and much easier than just change the words.
This is a great guide, too often people are just copying and pasting with little or no changes. I personally don't rewrite, BUT I do use PLR articles as research sometimes.
Dreaming Big: congratulations on presenting excellent points. When you write an article you are foolish to not do a rewrite, that is if your original. Very very write prepare a list of synonyms for keywords when writing. lets say 2 of the keywords in the original are great coverage. For the write the find and replace is used. All instances of the 2 word are replaced with super for great, and protection for coverage. Now if you do that with 4 words in the title, then the rewrite is guaranteed to be unique, while keeping yourself focused. The two articles should also be sold as a package, never sell individual articles unless you are commanding a high price. ---------------hope this helps-------------
I turn the tv on and open up the article. Then I open up a blank notepad and take the article line by line. I read the line and rewrite using my own words and writing style. I also read up a little on the subject before hand and add in anything I've read about that isn't in the original article. It usually takes me about 20 - 30 minutes to rewrite a 500 word article. I do it on the commercials while I'm relaxing.
This situation reminds me of essays in school and turnitin.com... lol. Paraphrasing doesn't always do the trick.

Correct paraphrasing on a rewrite should not be done. However, if you change over half and keywords and PowerWords with synonyms first, before rewriting with a simple find and replace, you have changed the heart of the article. Anything less it just a matter of reshuffling the same, whether the television is on off. One way gives the twin a different set of clothes. Mine gives the other a different heart making them no longer think or speak their message like twins.
The best rewrite: Original: The speed of the motor is 1200 RPM (re-writer Googles for RPM and comes up with) 1200 speed per minute is the rotation per motor (RPM)
I have never considered re-writing anything less than original work. Mainly because when you are given an article to re-write you have to read it, understand it. Then you re-write it. How is that different then research? Now when I write an article I do at least 1 re-write of the article. I can then sell the 2 articles as a package. Both are unique according to Google and the client will be happy.

Article spinning is a great marketing strategy -duplicate content is a myth in my opinion. Good content gets naturally duplicated.
Obviously you did not read the rules at the very top of this forum. This is meant for true writers. A piece of cheap software is a human without a brain-------------------- And for the person above confused about article rewriting there are two forms. A quality rewriter gets no satisfaction from someone else's creation. If it is your own quality creative writing, not using skilled modes to rewrite is leaving money on the table. Usually a mark or fear of the writer to educate the purchaser.
