How to restore menu bar, links bar in IE 7

    I can't see the menu bar, standard menu bar, links bar in IE 7, how can I restore them?

    Hi,
    I too, sometimes, I've removed my toolbar. Later when I wanted to restore it, I've never succeded. The more simple is maybe to download it one more time. If there is an other way, I would be happy to learn how to do.

    I accidentally got the menu and from view permanently enabled them.

    You are right ye.zero it does show up when you hold Alt but I have to try 4 times to understand how it shows up. :)
