How to restore a Blocked Fan page?

    hi

    I had a fan page, it was doing well, but the moment it's number of fans crossed the 10,000 limit, it got blocked. I went through several discussion forums, everywhere I found several reasons but nobody gave the way to get the page restored. Please suggest how can I get the page restored and furthermore who should I contact to for other formalities?
