I have a hosting payment due. It needs to be paid in European PP (from India). The guy who use to take care of this matter is having an issue with his CC. I want to know what alternatives we can have here, can we attach a VCC (global debit card) to paypal and send money from Indian PP to Europe/international? Any other way out? Please advise, thanks!
