How to resize a page inside a frame?

Hello,

I need some help.

I would like to put a frame on my webpage to display a webpage belonging to another website.

The problem is that the size of the page is bigger than the size of the frame i want to display.

Is there any way to "re-size" the page I show (like a zoom).
If i use my mouse i can bring the zoom at 80%.

Well, how could i display that page, if possible, at that size by default?
