    yes, but first, you will need confirms your address by type their PIn they sent to you after you got $10. If you confirms your address before, then you will need to wait their check on next month

    There is no need to request anything. They will send the money automatically.
    If you're using the EFT you will have just to verify your bank account and that's it.
