Usually when i recieve them i notice the person that sent it to me already got banned. I think your best bet is to ignore the user if he/she isn't banned. Never recieved a reply from the administrator on here myself so.

Open Moderators list, check who's online and forward your message ( the message you've received ) to one of them. That's the fastest way to stop spammers :)

There is no way to stop them because many of them just create another account. However, reported them as stated above is the best way to at least stop that account.

Just forward those spam PMs to mods. They will take care of them.

Someone seems to be very active, spamming members through PMs since last couple of days.

I myself reported one to the online moderator yesterday and I am glad that appropriate action was taken very quickly! :)

Perhaps, all need to do the same, before deleting such pms.

    Regards,

Only those accounts can be terminated by the mods, but after their action... the hell spammers will create new account

Why bother to open PM's from members you don't know? :)

It is ok to open and forward to us, at least you are helping us fight the spammers. But never click on the links, some of these links may be malicious. We appreciate the help of members here. As mentioned, it is impossible to stop them from registering and spamming but it is possible for us to ban them till they themselves are tired of what they are doing.

Another thing never buy any services from these spammers. If they can resort to such underhanded way of promotion, do you trust them with your money?

Exactly. I think the concern should be not to stop spammers, which is virtually impossible, but to educate new members about not buying/responding to spam PMs. If spam doesn't bring any customers, it will work itself out naturally.

Well, they'll all get banned eventually, however they do keep registering and it's really starting to piss me off. Just ignore them and do business with the genuine members who have alot of posts and reputation.
