Paypal is somewhat against us as vendors and you have to kick and scream whenever someone places a dispute or the such. I've has two disputes in the past year, the first I lost because I didn't handle it right and the second, well, we will see. It's no that it is a lot of money, but the principle. In my eyes, it's down right theft. I do offer a 60 day money back guarantee, no questions asked, so in my opinion if the buyer is unhappy, they will get their money back. But through a dispute, not good.

By the way, make sure you do have a good products! To date, hundreds of sales and I believe 5 returns. That's what you want.

paypal will not give you credit/refund for any e-products., and if someone is claiming fraud/misuse of their
account, then you have already lost, no matter what you tell them, and even if it was not fraud, paypal
does not refund e-product sales...only tangible goods that can be tracked. Even I can order something,
then turn around and tell my credit card that it was not me, credit cards are on the side of their clients..
