Hi, how to /whom to contact if we want to report bidders who supposedly "win" the auction, and then don't bother to reply or Pay up ?

If you are using Instant Pay for the sale, you can use the Report option on the thread. If you aren't using Instant Pay, you can't since there's no way for us to know if the transaction happened or not.

Yes ! I always use instant pay :) Is there a timeframe for waiting for buyer to revert/respond ? Flippa's is usually 48 hrs.

7 days is probably a good rule of thumb.

Well, I find it hard to believe that a genuine buyer would wait 7 days to pay..especially since I notice some of these "Fake bidders" are "online" at that very time.. but don't bother to reply. Grrr...

Anyways, I will wait :) Thanks DP!

I don't think 7 days is bad, I mean I can be interested by something and not being able to pay within 48 hours but then I would try to contact seller and explain, though I would do that before I bid to see if seller is ok with that

I agree, I have "held" sites for my buyers for 2 weeks also, so they can arrange payments.. thats not wrong. but if you win and dont even reply to PM's.. thats wrong!

it is indeed. I entirely agree with you, it's a bit like partnership section when people request to be contacted and never reply to you (I mean when you actually have an offer and come to your topic begging for a contact)

True that. Maybe they just want to "up" their post count. How annoying.
Well, we always find these losers around every forum.. the trick is learning to steer away.

OMG. Yeah I noticed there is an option to report "my own thread". I am just scared to use it till mods confirm thats the right away. Have you used this option before to report ?

Yes, I have reported my own threads a few times (to have them moved or closed - although one or two that were closed ended up being lost anyway due to the cluster failure lol).
