    I don't think they will take any measures against a complaint wich don't involve fraud,they have no chargebacks policy and you're sending money on your own risk.

    Contact them. There is such option and tell them the issue.

    Well it's about a fraud not a huge sum (sincerly i don't whant the money back just that person baned so it won't cheat others)
