You usually need a court order to get Google to remove a page, but this might bring you some relief with the copied images: https://support.google.com/legal/troubleshooter/1114905?hl=en
You should be able to get the pages pulled from the Google Index with a court order. Of course that has no impact on other search engines, but you could probably repeat the process for Yahoo/Bing and end up eliminating it from showing up in 95% of internet searches.

I sent you a link for reporting images.. But if you are ready to report a website, I will assume you have your court order. You can use this link: https://support.google.com/legal/contact/lr_courtorder?product=imagesearch&uraw=
