I am working on my client website and issue is there is a formal employer who created a website for my client and using pictures of my client and data about my client in his website and trying to prove my client as a cheater and a bad guy.

Unfortunately he is continuously working on SEO of website and trying to bring his site above us site and currently his site is coming above our site

We tried to take legal action again him and matter is in court too.

    I want to know
    SEMrush
    a) Is there any way we can report that website to google to remove it from his search engine. (we are ready to prove our authentic and and otehr legal issue)

My client is in CANADA so any action to remove or ban website (which is not only using our pictures but also prompting fasle propaganda)

    Any help is appreciated

You should be able to get the pages pulled from the Google Index with a court order. Of course that has no impact on other search engines, but you could probably repeat the process for Yahoo/Bing and end up eliminating it from showing up in 95% of internet searches.
