I want to report a site that spams my forum every single day! The site is no-allergy.com and they spam my forum site every single day! It is someone who does it manually, and not a bot. Any ideas on how to report such sites? Who should I contact? Is there any regulation for this kind of stuff? I want to contact their hosting and file a complaint, but I don't know how to find out who they are hosting with, and their whois info doesn't say either. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
I'd suggest contact the site owner and let them stop doing that.If that is not work then contact their hosting company.
Maybe you can find their nameserver from their IP they are hosted there and work out from there Or you can try to block their IP from your site.

you can contact with their hosting company that host their site and inform the hosting comapny about the spams hope they will take action
Go there and beat him... *joking* Get in contact with him and tell him you are taking legal action. There are laws about spam, and I know of the ones in the UK, which are the ones which should apply to him (I think as he lives there). If he doesn't back down, take legal action.
