    OK, if someone is hosting you and they appear at your door in the morning ad say you "good morning" with joy, how to reply to them?

    I guess the customs differ depending on whether you are home in Canada or visiting in Pakistan. I'm guessing you are getting caught up in the foreign culture that you are currently visiting (your true location shows Pakistan).
