    Hello

I want to be a professional webmaster. 1 year ago i used to reply my site visitor's mails casually as if they are my friends, but now a days i mail then quite professionally without any chat lingo and in proper english.

Sometimes my visitors mail me one simple line like "nice site" , "u r so lovely" ," "blah blah blah" .. I really dont know how to approach those mails as what should i reply to them as nothing was asked from them. I just mail them "Thanks. Keep visiting" .. and finish..

Is this a correct approach? What should i reply them? Or is it OK to not reply these kind of mails.

What is the correct format of writing a mail to a site visitor.

    Share your experiences.

I immediately assume that anyone who emails me using txt spk is either 11 years old, or retarded. Anyone who can understand English well enough to use txt spk, yet still does, can get stuffed.

You are giving good replies. And you can some more words like what is special in your site and why they keep on visiting your site and ask them to bring their friends to your sites and let you know what they think.
