You need to edit your wordpress theme. Try to look for something which points to some image in index, header files. Not very sure though.
http://www.skincarequeries.com/wp-content/themes/skincare/images/image.gif this is the image location. rightclick and copy the image location and paste in in textpad. replace the image in the image folder.
