how to rempve xmlrpc-c from the server

    hello dp guys
    i have installed xmlrpc-c in my server it locates at
    /usr/src/xmlrpc-c
    if i remove it manually from Parallels Power Panel - File Manager
    or if i do that could i get a problem
    or what the proper way to remove it
