Put that URL in your robot.txt file to let Google know that you dont want this URL to index. and Google will not index it more. Then in Google webmaster create new url removal request and put that URL there. Google will remove it from index.

You can block all search engines from indexing your site via robots file. Or use the google webmaster tools to remove any site from google search engine.

If you are permanently deleted your pages from your server than u can submit your request using Google webmaster tool.
    Follow these steps
login to your webmaster tool account(If you don't have than make a account than verify your site uploading meta tag of Google or a new page) --> than click on your site url which on url you want to delete --> Go to tool option --> click on Remove URLs option --> and submit your request to removal.

Hope it will help you :)

As already mentioned you can get them to skip your page by using your robots.txt file, to speed up the removal of the page from the index once you have altered you robots.txt file go into Google webmaster tools and ask them to remove the page in there.

Robots.txt would be the best way to stop google on it's own.

Either use the robots.txt or meta tag 'noindex' for specific pages ;)

I just want a single page to be removed, not a hundred pages.
