I think you need to resubmit your sitemap, you sometimes get the warning status when a page has been deleted from your website or it is not working.

Hey thanks for your wonderful topic. This made me purposely login to my google sitemap control panel,i too notice warnings on my website.
Just simple,if your website has www then create sitemap that has www in it.
Otherwise you can use sitemap without www.
The problem starts here if you changed the website redirection to www after creating a sitemap thats without www then you will get warnings. So always use sitemaps that are updated with your website URLs.
    Hope this helps you.

We get this all the time. First verify that the page is there. If it is a dynamic page, the db server could have had an error, traffic, etc.

Or the hosting server could have had problems.

Just don't worry about it. Locate the problem, fix it and it will go away the next time Google indexes the site.

I have this happen a lot. There is a glitch with my wordpress XML sitemap plugin that for some dumb reason drops the category name in the url and I get // within. It does it when it wants too do it and google picks up on it. I just rebuild my sitemap and wait for google to index again.

Check your sitemap.xml and remove that particular url which cause an error and check your robots.txt file too.
If you having sitemap.txt as well then remove that url from there as well.
