The fastest solution is to re upload your website (if you have backup). If you don't have a backup check in your start which were the last pages modified and review them to see what might have happened.

If you run a hosting panel, like cpanel or directadmin, you can check for virus in your website, trojans, iframes, code injection cracking...etc etc

In cpanel usually there is the ClamAV virus scanner and in Directadmin you have usually AVG antivirus.

If you have a backup of the site than you shouldn't delete anything, just re upload the files. If you don't have a backup than go into your Cpanel and check which pages were modified in the last couple of weeks, check the ones that you didn't touch and either re upload them or go into the code and see what is wrong.

I would suspect you might be using ad provider what display iframe of ads that contains virus.

This is something you might want to check it out. =) Good luck!

i think your ads must have contain viruses thats y your site is labelled as spam with virus. It happened to me when i used clicksor popups. Some people reported me about it. I removed that instantly.
