how to remove timthumb script or use a plugin to override it

    I am looking for something that will override the timthumb script, because i use external links and i don't host my own, it makes all my post on the categorized pages not show the images.
    i have not found a way to disable the timthumb script and its driving me crazy

    if you know of a way to fix this please let me know.

    If you want to disable the script, just delete the files that run it, however, I have to believe that it is an integral part of the theme design and may break the layout (not sure without seeing).
    Not sure what you mean by this:
    Do you meant that you don't host your own images?

    I use links that are hosted on another site. so all images come from (external server )

    I believe the timthumb might be used in image urls. just find the word timthumb in your template files and change it as needed.
