I'm from india.I've 2 paypal accounts. One is personal and another one is premier. The personal acc is linked up with an indian bank account for withdrawl purposes.I got some $XXX funds in my premier, then i transferred those to my personal for withdrawl. But suddenly then, paypal put that transaction on temporary hold and limited my premier.I then mailed paypal with the fact that i have 2 accounts and also the address proofs and photo id.Then after 7 days, paypal restored my premier acc access. But more 7 days have passed.Still that transaction is on hold.I mailed paypal several times. But received no reply. And from india, calling paypal is very costly, almost $0.6 per min.So i'm now begging help from the respective DP members. Can anyone help me please? Or can anyone suggest me what should i do?

You probably need to tell them that you are consolidating the amount to make a single withdrawal and that you are not using the accounts for money laundering.

about the paypal hold on your transaction, they will take 15 to 20 days to do there investigation... and then they will decide what to do... there is nothing you can do to remove the hold from your money.... so just wait and paypal will reply you when they decide something for your paypal... but more likely they will free your money and you will get it back on your account.... (paypal do this to protect everyone from fraudulant payment so that both buyer and seller dont get scammed....)

to call paypal from india, you can use many free internet phone service.. find them on google... or you can use www.icall.com or skype.com to call anyone anywhere for free... i hope this will help you...
