How to Remove the Old Version of the Website from Google?

    Hi there,

    After one month of performing the following actions, Google still having the Old version of the website in its index.

    1. Changing the URLs.
    2. Submitting new XML sitemap.
    3. Adding New Pages.
    4. Making Robots.txt file.
    5. Using URL Removal Tools from Google Webmaster Account.

    I want to get rid of the old pages from the Google's index but the majority of the pages with the old (description, title and keywrods) is still there.

    What should I do to have the completely new website in Google (All new pages).

    I will be thankful for any help.
