Is the Debit Card that you have works like a credit card ? If your place you are planning to buy the domain name from accepts credit card, you can use it directly instead of using it through Paypal. As far as you are concerned, it would make no difference and there would not be any additional cost using the credit card directly.

Does the card comes with a VISA, VISA Electron or Mastercard logo ?

No you can't verify your paypal account using any indian debit card whether it is international one. Only through valid credit card you can get verified yourself there at Paypal. If you haven't one then you can apply for addon credit card (from your parents, brother, sister credit card).

As Don said,Indian debit cards do not work with paypal even though they have "international logo" on them or u can also use VCC to verify paypal but thats bit risky too.

Ah, did not know that Axis Bank was Indian. That probably explains a lot.

The OP can still try to use the card directly at the impressivedomains.com as a credit card and see if it works.

You can use it like a Credit Card.
My brother is currently using his ICICI debit card and it works fine.
