How to remove "permanently closed" of my location on Google Maps?

My google map page is marked permanently closed. And we are not closed. How do I solve this issue

Ask Google to resend you a letter with confirmation code, this should help (After you do what Content Maestro adviced)

 

You can download the solution from the Neo Download.us. I too did that.
