Did you two communicate in any way? Or is it completely random?

If you have not given -ve itrader to that person then use the report button.

You can always contact the mods if it is a fake iTrader (meaning that you never had any transaction nor made any deals with that member). Just back it up with proof and they'll be able to help you out.

If it is an illegitimate/fake iTrader, you're best bet isn't to actually contact a moderator.

The only level with permissions to edit and/or remove iTraders are admins. So, if you can back it up with proof, contact Shawn (DigitalPoint) -- but don't waste his time. Make it short and informative or he'll just ignore it ;)
