How to remove my Blogger RSS pages from Google and other SE's?

Hi, this is my first post here.

I just noticed that Google is indexing my Blogger blog's RSS pages in addition to my HTML pages. I'm afraid these RSS pages will eventually be penalized as duplicate content, and I'd like to have them removed from Google's index. That's my goal, anyway.

I have about 500 pages in my site, so I should (ideally) have about 500 pages indexed in Google. In fact, I have more than 800 "pages" indexed in Google, and many are simply RSS feed pages of duplicate content.

Since my site is a Blogger blog, I don't think I have access to the robots.txt file. I know I could change my blogger settings to stop publishing my RSS feed, but that's a less-than-ideal solution, since I'd like to offer RSS.

Has anyone else run into this problem? And if so, how did you solve it?

use the robot.txt file to disallow indexing of the rss

will take a while to undo what has been done
