How to remove links from Word 2007?

When I copy and paste the article from the web into word 2007 all of the links appear. There are quite a few links, I know how delete the URL one at a time but how do you delete them all at once. I don't want to delete the word just the hyperlink associated with it.
    Thanks

    Try follow these steps:

    1. Highlight all the word in your document by pressing CTRL + A.

    2. To remove the hyperlinks but still retain its words, press CTRL + SHIFT + F9.
