How to remove index.php from the inner page URL

Hi

I want to remove index.php from all the inner pages of my URL: bipspatiala.net

Please suggest me how to do this..

 

do you want to say Joomla SEF (url friendly) like that: http://tinbaohiem.com/2012/bic-ky-hop-dong-bao-hiem-du-an-nha-may-nhiet-dien-an-khanh-1/
1. turn on SEF with mod_rewrite support
2. rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess
or use Joomla Sef component

its not working, When i have changed to ON mod_rewrie support and htaccess.txt to .htaccess, then its working but page is not displayed, i mean URL is not showing with index.php but internal pages are not opening
