How to remove i-frames and merge pages

Hi,

I have a link page which is monitored and run using linkmanager:

http://www.mytroutfishingtips.com/links.htm

however as you can see I have put the link page:

http://mytroutfishingtips.com/linkmanager/links.php

and the form:

http://mytroutfishingtips.com/linkmanager/form.html

as i-frames embedded in

in:

http://www.mytroutfishingtips.com/links.htm

in order to keep the page in keeping with the rest of the site.

Is there a way I can merge these three pages into one page without using i-frames. This would be SEO friendly and better for link exchanges.

Please advise.

Try a php include.

it is a different host, could that be the problem?

Yeh, it looks like your host has disabled something...I'd contact them.
