OK, somebody cheated me and handed me a fake PR domain.

Now, I already built a site and its well indexed on google and cached recently.

    But info:www.site.... shows different website.

How can I remove that fake PR

can you make yourself clear... i'm getting confused. how can you say its fake pr. a pr of a domain can easily be traced or known using goole toolbar or just putting the domain add at dnscoop.com

Just wait till Google's next PR update and your fake PR will disappear totally.

Just bring links and the fake PR like you call it will become a real one after one or two updates belive me.That is not a problem, check it with digpagerank checker and if the page rank it`s with red that mean it must drop to a lower page rank but if google sees action on the site and you bring links like to a normal site the page rank wil became red and real :)

Okay, so the info: command shows a different site, thus letting you know it's a fake PR. If the two updates since then haven't fixed it, with your site still in Google's index, then, well...you have a fun road up ahead.

Bring it up at the Google Webmaster Help Groups. Occasionally you'll land lucky and an engineer will check it out.

If this doesn't work, search google for info:domain, at the bottom of the page, you will see a link which reads "Dissatisfied? Help us improve". Click that link and file a report. They'll get round to fixing that pretty sharp.

    Cheers,
    Spidey
