There is a website with negative customer reviews that keeps coming up on the first page of Google for a local business. Using SEO, what are some of the options we have to try to outrank this review website? Here is a screenshot of the current results. I had to blur the name of the company for obvious reasons. Any ideas would be great!
I would find other review sites, directories etc where you can promote your site and get content onto them. Glassdoor.com obviously does well in the serps so you'll have your work cut out but basically you just need to out seo them. I'd also put a response to that bad review on glassdoor.com - personally I don't mind if a company I'm looking into has a bad review, but how they handle it (respond) is really important.
You can't remove it from SERP but you can increase quality of your service to get more positive reviews I think
