As i understand i can't use robots.txt Google reject removal of site request when i add meta tag and when delete blog. What else can i do?
Why can't you use robots.txt? Most people remove pages (blog) with robots.txt or meta robots. You can also ask google from the webmaster area to take out the blog, however it will take longer compared to implementing robots.txt. (in my case)
You can use robots.txt for blogs. In case of blogger sites, you can do that by using sitemap feature.
