How to remove an Agency from a FB Page

    Hi,

    I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction because FB online support has not been able to. I have an advertising agency that I am trying to remove. I am definitely an admin for the page. To get to it I:

    1. Go to the Page.
    2. On the left side (working on a laptop) I scroll down to Settings.
    3. I then click on Page Roles.
    4. On the next page, I scroll down to Agencies and see the agency there.
    5. I click Remove next to the agency name.
    6. I enter the admin password.
    7. I click Confirm on the Remove Agency popup.
    8. The popup goes away but the agency remains.
    Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

    I didn't find anything as you have mentioned. Can you attach the screenshot of what kind of agencies you are talking about to remove?
