Installed the official WordPress AMP plugin, which appends URLs with /amp/ in order to view AMP content, in order to test converting our content to AMP.

While not understanding what was happening, Google indexed some of our pages and now returns AMP content instead of our main content.

Unfortunately, Wordpress' implementation of AMP had stripped out all of our calls to action, anything that monetizes our content.

The end result is these indexed /amp/ pages killed our traffic, killed our sales, and I want to remove them from the index as quickly as possible to restore our old pages which have our monetization, etc.

If the AMP content is not from your website, then you can not anything. Google displays that content normally.
If the AMP content is from your website, then you need to turn off that function on your website. If you're using Wordpress website, then just disable the plugin called Wordpress AMP on your site.

    Good luck to you,

If your current website is hosted on a CMS domain, the CMS should redirect users to the non-AMP canonical page after AMP is disabled. If the redirect does not occur, contact your CMS provider for assistance.
