how to remove access limitation

    hi my paypal account access get limited..now i am not able to withdraw my money...paypal team asked me for some information as following

    for changing the password
    for changing the security question
    AND FOR CONFIRMING THE CREDIT CARD

    i provided the first two information. But i am not able to add my card because of limited access ..so tell me how is it possible to add the card in my account which is limited....

    How had you verified your PP a/c ? If you have used a VCC then call them and say that I can only confirm my Bank account and they will then ask you to confirm your bank account using the latest monthly bank a/c statement.

    hi, thats very easy to provide.. u have to change password and the security questions, then call the paypal and ask to confirm a credit card..
