Rules How to remove a negative feedback from a user?

    How can i remove a negative feedback that the buyer/seller placed? who can i contact to be removed.

    I added a negative feedback but the user apparently said there was a huge storm and he will finish my so called project!

    i also waited to leave negative feedback and got a infraction in the end

    Sorry but Itraders can't be removed they stay forever.

    Not true. Staff can remove it at their discretion, but they hardly do.

    What I meant is yes they can be removed by staff but they never are here on dp. That is why Digitalpoint is going to be getting rid of the itrader system because too many of them are fake. So let me rephrase.

    Sorry once an itrader is given it is never removed by staff unless it is an extremely rare rare rare situation. Even still they are 99.9% of the time never removed. So they stay forever.

    Which is why I said, "Staff can remove it at their discretion, but they hardly do."
    Sure the system allows you to remove iTrader, but DP is the system here so tough luck.
