How to reinstall VBULLETIN not really

I have a folder backup with all the Vbulletin things.

It was deleted before (no forum now)but Ihave backup.

What do I do with that backup? to restore it.
How do I reset passwords (now that admin password has expire, I have not used it in a long time).

Well upload the files and restore the db and change the config file of vbulletin with correct db details
