you need to apply with YPN for an account. Its so easy to get one, im sure you wont have any trouble at all.
You need to wait, sometimes it takes weeks or even months. If someone from USA registers the application will not be reviewed faster. When your application is reviewed you will either get a rejection or acceptance email.

you don't sound like American... I think you should pay $500 for an account and it's against TOS as well hmmmmmmmmmmmm two accounts for two domains... Does thsi mean red thunder has 60,000 accounts ??
Yahoo is very slow, I put in my registeration for the publisher network 2 weeks back. I still haven't even received a confirmation email that my request has been received. Forget the approval notification. I think the Publisher signup website is also crap, not to the point. Affiliates would get confused whether they are signing up for making money with their website, or paying to advertise it. Yahoo must upgrade if they want to attract any more customers.
if you are in kuwait as your profile says, i think you have your answer as to why you didnt get a response back. i also dont think yahoo is scrambling to attract more publishers. i would rather they work on their immediate problems instead of making their signup page look better. jmo
