    Provide real information i.e. bank account details, personal details, pan card details.

    It is just like an online bank and hence you need to provide all the information correctly.

    It's very simple.. go here, paypal.com and sign up for free..you need to give your real information such as Pancard, Bank account details etc..they sent you one confirmation mail to confirm your account...Click on the link...your account is ready! :)

    please open the site. then fill the registration form. if you do not have bank accounts and credit cards, you can use a vcc.

    just go to site, and sign up.
    fill the registration form with your personal data. Do not use fake data, because you have to verified your data to make a transaction.
