I am just a kid in business world. Age 21 I am from india I have decided to start a BPO/software outsourcing company. How to apply company registration from government. I don't know about my government policies... I hope lot of guys have experience in this field. Plz guide me.
1. see if there is a STPI or IT park or similar in your area for perks/membership associated with it 2. register either as a private limited or partnership concern if you want to start a company or else even sole proprietorship is accepted for showing books of account at the end of a financial year 3. a good chartered accountant will be necessary at least during the initial phase
Thanks. Now I just need a registration .. Is registration is free/cost a lot I will start the compaany only after a year.. So I can't able to quote my budget/where I am goint to start(May be in my state/other)
