In Indonesia, go to a lawyer will be the fastest way to solve this matter. it's not too difficult but if you are not familiar with Indonesian law you should go to lawyer

There are several sites, like myuscompany.com / legalzoom.com Etc. There also some sites which will help you to open US virtual office and US phone number. For example UOpeople.org is from Israil, but all of their information and admission documents received to their US virtual office.

You cant legally verified without Virtual office at USA for LLC licensing. Might be the registration could be banned if anyone complain against you. I have few list of Virtual Office provider provides location at less than 7$ per month.

Heh, it was easy to open companies in the US, but now it's very hard to do it without an American partner. Yes, those online companies will open a company for you, but you technically/legally can't work for it or own it (you can only be a shareholder/investor if you're a foreign citizen without a visa). For online businesses that doesn't really matter (paying taxes will be a pain, though).

UK, on the other hand, is a better choice for foreign citizens. They allow companies to have foreign owners/directors (i.e. you can legally work for it and later if successful, even get a visa to UK using this company) and you can use it to work worldwide as long as you pay taxes (easy to do online or by mail, no questions about why the forms are coming from foreign addresses) and have a registered agent in the UK. Wisteria Formations can assist you in getting a UK company and registered agent for pretty good prices - easiest way to do it, as they do everything for you.

One thing though - you'll have to be physically present to open a bank account OR get a bank account at an official branch in your country (like HSBC has), then ask them to open one in the UK - don't know the full procedure, though...

I think Virtual offices are the solution if a good service provider can be found.

Consult a Corporate lawyer to advice you what to do. Basically, if you want to register your company is to corporate it either as a sole proprietor, partnership or a corporation. Research on International E-commerce.

    Hi memorpgame!

If you want to set up a limited (LTD) company, the procedure is as follows:

    1. Verify or reserve your supposed LTD Company at the Securities and Exchange Com.
    2. Deposit a paid up capital amounting to at least 6.25% of the authorized capital stock of the corporation
    3. Register the company with the SEC.
    4. Documents should be notarized....

    ----------------------------
Research on the Corporation Code of the Philippines.
Or enter the website of the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to the requirements.
