You could probably start off by using the 'Contact Us' or the 'Sign Up' at their website to begin. They will have their sales rep contact you and all that.
MarkMonitor is targeted for large corps interested in protecting their domain names and IP. so unless you fit that profile, I wouldnt bother. why do you want to use them?

dont know why youre dreaming about it. unless you have a major brand to protect why bother? if you just want to say you are at same place or feel its better/secure/whatever im sure there are comparable solutions out there. A bunch of registrars have executive locks (Fabulous/Moniker/more?) and others measures to keep you secure. I am sure pricing isnt favorable either.
The dream is something unreachable. I don't have a big brand, also a big budget. So, having a domain there is a dream for me now. I think Godaddy is secure, and Name is cheap.
