Normally the companies are created in delaware a nice company I used very cheap is http://www.delawareinc.com/ other option is http://www.bizfilings.com/
Search google for “incorporate Delaware” for others.

 

If you are doing business in California is better to incorporate in California, that is one of the most expensive states

 

yeah, CA is expensive and SF Bay Area is even more.

Does anyone here has registered company in CA before. What type of structure works out best? sole proprietorship? Any info on yearly fees etc
