How-To register .asia ?

Ok... I read but could not understand all that sunrise mambo-jumbo, so can anyone tell me how can I register or pre-register .asia if I am simple customer.

This site: asiadns.com is offering .asia for 18 Euros. Can't confirm on their authenticity though.

 

You can only preregister a .asia name for now, if someone else also pre-registers the same .asia name, the name would be put in an auction and the highest bidder would get the name.

 

You don't have to live in Asia, but you do have to show proof that you have a legal entity (i.e. a business or organization) existing in Asia.

I do live in asia... sort of. My home country is in the middle of europe and asia

The best option is to get transfer your .com or .net domain to a registrar or a reseller who also offer .asia domains. No need to the verification as you own the .com or .net.

I was trying to register a .asia the other day. Turned out I needed an asian address... which I dont have. I'm sure you could use which ever address, but I just figured it was TMW so forgot about it.
