how to register a trademark word online

    helo can anyone tell me how to register a trademark word. i want to register googlevalley as trademark :)

    this word is not registered by google yet . please suggest me what i have to do . i want to register as soon as possible :)

    You're not even allowed to trademark a name that contains a trademarked name.

    Google would sue your ass if you tried to trademark that nuless your site was in no way related to or in the same kind of sector as google itself.

    You can't. You have to to understand that.. sure you can waste $500 on a trademark application but they'll only turn you down. If you want to waste that kind of money, help out people that are in need, don't waste it on something like this (especially when you know it will get rejected).

    Don't even expect Google to take your question seriously by the way. :/
